Shipping Types
Our products are delivered in the following ways:
• Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., UPS, USPS) to your delivery address
• Local pickup from a UPS Access Point. Never miss a delivery again by selecting UPS Access Point at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order has arrived at the chosen location, and you can then pickup within 7 days at a time convenient to you.
• Home Delivery for most furniture and other items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits; usually includes our Premium White Glove service and Unlimited Items for a Flat Rate fee. Doorstep Delivery may be available at a reduced Flat Rate; does not include assembly and you are responsible for bringing the items into your home.
• Pick up from a local store with Ship to Store delivery
Returns
At ecore, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. You can initiate a return for eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for quick-ship upholstery items. Made-to-order items are not eligible. Please contact our Customer Care Center right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please review our full return policy, including items ineligible for return, before starting the return process.
